Childcare Professional

Staffing Connect is looking for a dedicated Childcare Professional to fill a key role in our team. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will work closely with colleagues to provide exceptional care and education to children in the Tadworth area.
This full-time permanent position comes with a salary of up to £28,000 per annum, making it an attractive opportunity for those passionate about working in Early Years. Alternatively, we also offer day-to-day cover opportunities with a rate of up to £15 per hour.
About the RoleYou will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of young children.
- Develop and implement engaging educational programs that cater to individual children's needs.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and high-quality service.
- A valid Level 3 childcare qualification is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Prior experience in Early Years is preferred, but not required.
- Familiarity with the EYFS framework and regulatory requirements is essential.
