Job Title: Mental Health Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to join our team at Gray Healthcare Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide high-quality support to an individual with Acquired Brain Injury and Mental Health needs, enabling them to live independently in their own home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 support to the individual, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household management.
  • Support the individual in accessing community resources and services.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the individual receives comprehensive care.

Requirements:

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support. The ideal candidate will possess:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of mental health and acquired brain injury support principles.
