Learning Disability Support Worker

We are seeking a Support Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting individuals with learning disabilities to lead fulfilling lives. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in promoting independence and developing life skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop personalized support plans to meet individual needs.
- Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and household chores.
- Support individuals in accessing community activities and education opportunities.
- Encourage independence and self-reliance.
- Maintain accurate records of progress and any changes in needs or behavior.
Requirements
- Passion for supporting individuals with learning disabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, patient, and empathetic demeanor.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Compensation
$28,000 - $34,000 per year (£21,600 - £26,400), depending on experience and qualifications.
