We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Partner to join our team at Hearst UK. As a key member of our People function, you will play a vital role in identifying development needs, designing tailored learning programs, and driving a culture of continuous learning.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have some experience in designing and delivering learning and development programs. You will work closely with the Head of Business Partnering to identify development needs and design tailored learning programs for commercial and editorial staff.

You will also be responsible for collaborating with external Learning & Development providers, ensuring cutting-edge resources and programs are integrated to address critical skill gaps and future-proof the workforce.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide 25 days' holiday (with the option to buy up to 5 additional holiday days), hybrid working, discounted gym membership, healthcare cash plan, life assurance, and pension scheme.
