Sapientia Education Trust invites applications for the position of Education and Learning Partner. As an Education and Learning Partner, you will support students of all abilities in a local community school, contributing to the school's ethos and promoting policies that foster a positive learning environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing subject knowledge to support student learning
  • Contributing to the moral and spiritual development of students
  • Supporting the school in meeting legal requirements
  • Promoting the school's corporate policies
  • Complying with the school's health and safety policy

This role requires effective communication and teamwork skills, flexibility and resilience in managing daily responsibilities, and a commitment to working with young people. The ideal candidate will possess GCSE or equivalent level qualifications, including English and Mathematics, and previous experience working with children in a classroom or similar environment. The salary for this position is £25,183 per annum (pro rata £11,420 per annum) with 19.25 hours per week.
