Administrative Manager with Financial Responsibilities

Kenneth Brian Associates is a respected recruitment agency partnering with a construction business in Beckenham to find a skilled Office & Accounts Manager. As the chosen candidate, you will be accountable for overseeing all aspects of office administration and managing the company's financial affairs.
Key duties:
- Oversee office operations, ensuring seamless daily functioning
- Sources stationery, supplies, and equipment as needed
- Responds to phone calls, interacts with clients and contractors, and maintains a professional demeanor
- Maintains the office, prepares correspondence, and organizes travel when necessary
Financial duties:
- Generates invoices for completed work
- Chases overdue payments, resolves invoicing discrepancies, and reconciles supplier statements
- Processes CIS payments and ensures accurate bookkeeping
Requirements:
- Bookkeeping experience in a similar business environment
- Familiarity with CIS and relevant accounting practices
