As an integral part of the Estates department, you will be responsible for providing administrative and financial support to ensure the smooth operation of the Group Estate.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for supporting the Estates Office Manager in delivering centralised administrative functions, including financial duties, auditing, and procurement.

A key aspect of this role is to provide exceptional customer service to stakeholders, including visitors, students, staff, and third-party providers. You will be required to maintain accurate records, handle confidential information, and adhere to DBS and KCSIE guidelines.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to develop their skills and contribute to the success of London South East Colleges. The salary for this role is £23,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
