We are seeking an experienced Estate Administration Coordinator to join our team at Clear Futures Recruitment Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating estate administration tasks, including preparing documents, managing files, and communicating with clients and external parties.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in estate administration, will preparation, and probate support. You will work closely with solicitors to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate estate administration tasks, including preparing documents and managing files.
  • Communicate with clients and external parties, providing empathetic assistance in sensitive situations.
  • Assist with client meetings and relationships, drafting various Will structures and LPAs as needed.
  • Ensure regular updates to a central record of Executors and Attorneys.
  • Proactively handle estate administration, liaising with financial institutions and ensuring timely follow-ups.

**Requirements:**

  • Secretarial/Legal Assistant experience within Private Client, including Court of Protection.
  • Accurate typing speed of at least 60 words per minute.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and research tools.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage a diverse workload and prioritise urgent matters.
  • Empathy and patience when dealing with clients in difficult circumstances.

**Salary:** The estimated salary for this role is £29,000 - £34,000 per annum, depending on experience.
