Job Title: Estate Administration Specialist

At Clear Futures Recruitment Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Estate Administration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Private Client department, you will be responsible for supporting clients with estate administration matters, including preparing and completing Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Court of Protection documents.

**Responsibilities:**
* Assist in the preparation and completion of estate administration documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* Maintain accurate records of client matters, including chargeable hours and file notes.
* Provide empathetic support to clients during sensitive situations, such as probate and mental capacity issues.
* Collaborate with fee earners to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

**Requirements:**
* Proven experience in private client or estate administration, with a focus on Court of Protection.
* Advanced typing skills, with a minimum speed of 60 words per minute.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
* Ability to work accurately in high-pressure situations, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor at all times.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners. You will be highly organised, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask efficiently.

**Estimated Salary:** £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
