Estate and Trust Administration Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our Private Client Team as an Estate and Trust Administration Coordinator. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the team, managing estate administration tasks and ensuring timely completion of probate processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage estate administration tasks, including drafting letters and completing Inheritance Tax forms.
- Liaise with financial institutions and ensure timely follow-ups on estate administration tasks.
- Assist fee earners with document reviews and prepare reports.
Requirements:
- Secretarial/Legal Assistant experience within Private Client, including Court of Protection.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
