**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as Academy HR Director. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the HR team in ensuring that policies and procedures are adhered to, and that all Employee Relations cases are handled in a timely manner and in line with company SLAs.

You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives, and ensure that stakeholder and shareholder relationships are maintained.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality HR services, managing complex HR projects, and developing strong relationships with stakeholders.

**Responsibilities Include:**

  • Leading the HR team in the development and implementation of HR strategies;
  • Managing Employee Relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance, absence, sickness, TUPE, and redundancies;
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners;
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of HR services and support business growth initiatives;

**What We Offer:**

A competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including generous bonus scheme, long-term career opportunities, and professional development programs.
