About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our Public Health Team as a Lead Programme Delivery Worker.
The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to taking a positive, holistic and empowering approach to service delivery, with demonstrable experience and competence in developing work with children and young people within formal or informal education or community settings.
As a Lead Programme Delivery Worker, you will work within a small team of specialist practitioners delivering targeted services and have the opportunity to deliver an effective education and prevention programme offer, including workshops, assemblies, community events for children and young people, parents and professionals.
You will be responsible for planning, delivering and evaluating group and one-to-one interventions and services that are responsive to need. The ideal candidate will have extensive and proven experience of community development and leadership, with a 'can do' attitude and the ability to work closely with a range of different organisations.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of £25,500 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including free parking (4 days a week), generous holiday entitlement, career breaks and access to a wide range of training and courses.
