Home Care Assistant with a Difference

L'Arche Highland is a vibrant Community of around 132 people, where individuals with and without learning disabilities live and share in life together. As a Care and Support Worker, you will join this unique community to provide support to people with learning disabilities in their homes.
About the RoleWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to work as a Care and Support Worker. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to our residents, promoting their independence, choice, and self-determination. This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
Responsibilities- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as hygiene, dress, and health needs.
- Foster positive relationships with residents, colleagues, and volunteers.
- Encourage residents to pursue their interests, hobbies, and social activities.
