Clinical Specialist SLT

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist SLT to join our team in community adult services. The successful candidate will provide dysphagia and communication assessment and treatment for both inpatients and outpatients in a range of settings, including community hospitals, outpatient clinics, nursing and patient homes.
Main Duties of the JobThe successful candidate will have experience of working within multi-professional teams, supporting patients with complex communication and swallowing disorders. They will provide leadership in advance care planning, and eating and drinking at risk discussions. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post.
