We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Specialist SLT to join our team in Community Adult Services. The successful candidate will provide dysphagia and communication assessment and treatment for inpatients and outpatients in a range of settings, including community hospitals and outpatient clinics.
Main Duties- Provide leadership in advance care planning and eating and drinking at risk discussions
- Support patients with complex communication and swallowing disorders in multi-professional teams
- Develop and extend skills in specialist areas of interest, including instrumental assessment
