Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and implement robust quality testing and audit processes to ensure products meet customer requirements.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Translate regulatory requirements into clear product specifications, ensuring all products meet or exceed safety and customer standards.
  • Supplier Compliance: Conduct regular audits of suppliers to ensure they meet our quality and compliance standards.
  • Customer Engagement: Work closely with customers as a technical lead, demonstrating expertise and knowledge to build trust and drive business growth.
  • Environmental and Ethical Management: Implement and maintain HIGG, EUDR, SMETA, and customer-specific action plans to ensure environmental and ethical responsibility.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a similar role within retail or supply chain, ideally within furniture.
  • Experience working with compliance software, such as Track Record Global, Veriso, or SMETA.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and travel as required.
