Internal Sales and General Administration Role

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to fill the role of Internal Sales and General Administration, supporting our Managing Director in a well-established Freight forwarding company providing services to Northern and Southern Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Internal Sales:
    • Cultivate relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities for growth.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • General Administration:
    • Manage the Managing Director's calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
    • Assist with general office duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Familiarity with Freight, Transport, and Distribution sectors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • £27,500 per annum (circa £25,000 - £30,000)
  • Commission/Bonus structure
  • 23 days holiday plus extra holidays for a Christmas Shutdown

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join our team and contribute to our continued success. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and possess a strong understanding of the freight and transport industry.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £27,500 per annum, depending on experience, with additional benefits including commission/bonus structure and 23 days holiday plus extra holidays for a Christmas Shutdown.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a B2B environment, as well as familiarity with the Freight, Transport, and Distribution sectors. You should also possess proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
