We have a fantastic opportunity in our sales department for a Sales Administrator to join our friendly, professional team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the sales team by providing administrative assistance and coordinating sales activities
- Prepare and submit sales orders, invoices, and quotations
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information
- Assist in the resolution of customer complaints or issues
- Manage and update customer databases

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
- Proven experience as a sales administrator or in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of CRM software is preferred

**Salary**: From £26,000.00 per year
