Rehabilitation Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Rehabilitation Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with brain injuries to regain their independence and live the lifestyle of their choice.
Our service users are at the heart of everything we do, and we are committed to providing a high-quality, person-centred approach to support. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement individualised support plans, promoting independence, confidence, and overall well-being.
As a Rehabilitation Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our service users. You will be responsible for supporting individuals with a range of activities, including daily living skills, social skills, and community access. You will also work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that our service users receive comprehensive and coordinated support.
About YouWe are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting individuals with brain injuries and has a genuine empathy for our service users. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our service users, their families, and our team.
You will also have a flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise your workload effectively. A full induction and training programme will be provided to ensure that you have the skills and knowledge required to excel in this role.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive rate of £12 per hour + £1 per hour extra on a weekend and Bank Holiday, as well as a £1000 welcome bonus (subject to T&C). You will also receive excellent training and support, including a comprehensive induction programme and ongoing training and development opportunities.
