  • Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and a positive work environment.
  • Stay informed about coffee trends and continuously improve your knowledge and skills through training and practice.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Passion for coffee and a strong desire to learn more about coffee preparation and brewing techniques.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and operating the point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items, such as bags of coffee beans and milk containers.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
