Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes.

Ensure the highest quality of coffee through proper brewing and presentation.

Provide excellent customer service, taking and fulfilling guest orders with efficiency and enthusiasm.

Maintain a clean and organized station, following health and safety standards.

Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless dining and drinking experience.

Uphold the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a barista in a cafe or restaurant setting.

Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and a passion for coffee.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders efficiently.

Positive and friendly demeanor.
