Aramark's Hospitality Journey

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Aramark, a leading provider of food and beverage services. As a Barista Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and preparing high-quality beverages and food items.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to our customers
  • Operate coffee machines and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Assist with stock takes and track inventory levels
  • Perform daily paper and computer work as assigned
  • Monitor and control wastage levels
  • Operate the till and manage financial transactions
  • Clean and maintain the front and back of house areas
  • Stock and rotate inventory as needed
  • Follow food hygiene and safety procedures
  • Participate in relevant training and development programs

Requirements:

  • Previous barista experience is an asset, but full training will be provided
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong team player attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think on your feet
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £13.15
  • A full-time schedule with 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
