Balthazar, a renowned brasserie in the heart of London's theatre district, is seeking a skilled Barista to join its dynamic team. As a Barista, you will play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional coffee and beverage experiences for our discerning guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes.

• Ensure the highest quality of coffee through proper brewing and presentation.

• Provide exceptional customer service, taking and fulfilling guest orders with efficiency and enthusiasm.

• Maintain a clean and organized station, adhering to health and safety standards.

• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless dining and drinking experience.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barista in a cafe or restaurant setting.

• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and a passion for coffee.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders efficiently.

• Positive and friendly demeanor.
