Engineering Quality Control Expert

Gerrell & Hard is expanding its operations and seeks a highly skilled and motivated Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency in our clients' operations.
\The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance or quality control, with a proven track record of improving quality and efficiency through process improvements and data-driven decision making. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control processes, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of quality control processes.
\Key Requirements:
\- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in the engineering or manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform quality control decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Compensation and Benefits:
\- A salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
