About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Health Visitor to join our team at Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a Health Visitor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to children and families in our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme, focusing on the 6 High Impact Areas, using evidence-based practice.
  • Develop and implement preventative community-based approaches and personalized care to support the local population.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to assess and address the needs of children and families.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues and partners on health visiting best practices.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse/Midwife with a BSc Hons Public Health Specialist Practitioner (Health Visiting) or equivalent qualification.
  • NMC Registered Part 3.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car.
