About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Health Visiting service across Hampshire. As a Community Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering delegated commissioned elements of the Healthy Child Programme as a member of the 0-19 public health nursing service.

Main Responsibilities

You will work as a team player to identify health needs with children and families, plan, deliver, and review appropriate and evidence-based interventions to improve outcomes. You will also develop close working relationships with our Barnardo's workers to support the development of preventative community-based approaches and personalized care.
