About the Role: Health Visitor

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Health Visitor to join our thriving team. In this role, you will play a vital part in promoting the health and wellbeing of children, young people, and their families within our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based care and support to families throughout various stages of child development.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized care plans to address individual needs.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals, social workers, and educators.
  • Promote healthy lifestyles and preventative measures through education and guidance.
  • Advocate for the rights and wellbeing of children and families within our community.

Essential Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse/Midwife with NMC Part 3 registration.
  • BSc Hons Public Health Specialist Practitioner (Health Visiting) or equivalent qualification.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car.
