About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Housing Management Specialist to join our team at Home Group Limited. As a key member of our Transitional Housing team, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers to manage and maintain their tenancies.

As a Housing Management Specialist, you will work closely with our customers to develop their skills and confidence, enabling them to manage their tenancies independently. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our customers' properties are safe and well-maintained, and that they have access to the support they need to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support customers to develop their skills and confidence in managing their tenancies
  • Ensure that customers' properties are safe and well-maintained
  • Work with customers to identify and address any issues that may be affecting their ability to manage their tenancies
  • Provide support and guidance to customers to help them access the resources and services they need
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that customers receive a seamless and effective service

Requirements

  • Experience of working in a housing management or related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of housing management policies and procedures
  • Ability to work with customers from diverse backgrounds and with varying levels of need
