Field Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at McCormick UK Limited. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality sales and merchandising services to major supermarkets in your designated area.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with store contacts at major supermarkets such as Tesco, ASDA, and Morrisons.
- Utilize technology to ensure optimal availability and record excellent execution in-store.
- Collect and deliver stock to stores daily to guarantee 100% product availability on shelves and compliance with store plans.
- Take ownership of maintaining accurate store records, including inventory.
- Support other brands within the McCormick family as required.
- Full UK driving license and the right to work in the UK.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to stay away from home when required, with accommodation and meal expenses covered.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills to manage relationships and expectations in stores.
- Confidence in using technology and a willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in merchandising, retail, or hospitality is an asset.
- Competitive base salary: £24,962.64 per annum.
- Fully expensed van for personal use.
- Fuel card with claimable rate in line with pump costs.
- Tax-free expense allowance: £520 per annum in addition to base salary.
