About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data and AI Operating Model Consultant to join our rapidly growing Data & AI Strategy team within Capgemini Invent. As a key member of our team, you will play a central role in designing and building winning strategies and operating models to transform the way in which organisations across all industries and sectors leverage data & AI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design effective data, analytics & AI operating models, covering all components required to deliver an effective data & AI capability.
  • Provide guidance and advisory services to clients on a wide range of data & analytics capabilities at all points of the data & analytics value chain.
  • Work with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation to assess the maturity of existing data capabilities, identifying opportunities for re-use and corresponding gaps in capability.
  • Develop blueprints for an organisation's operating model, aligned to strategic objectives.
  • Integrate ethical and responsible data practices into operating models, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
  • Contribute to the development of our practice by identifying new market opportunities, creating innovative offerings, and creating thought leadership content.
Requirements
  • Organisational design experience, with a deep understanding of what makes data teams effective.
  • Knowledge of effective data & analytics delivery models, including agile data product development, AI/MLOps and AnalyticsOps.
  • An understanding of business architecture, including the importance of effective alignment of data & analytics teams with existing or to-be business architecture.
  • Knowledge of the data value chain, including data acquisition, creation, exploitation, consumption, deletion, and archival.
  • An understanding of data tooling, including the different types and purposes of data & analytical tooling and platforms available.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to and debate with C-suite, end-users, and technical stakeholders.
  • Strategy development and implementation experience, with the ability to collaborate with clients and colleagues to define strategic goals for data and analytical capabilities.
  • Understanding of scaling data analytics and AI, including the design and build of small-scale proof of values transitioning to fully automated data analytics pipelines with advanced AI and ML use cases.
