Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A knowledge of directly supporting people with disabilities within an employment, education, or employment & training setting.
  • The ability to work with a wide cross-section of participants with varying levels of support needs.
  • Highly competent ICT skills, with excellent working knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Sharepoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

You should also possess:

  • Educated to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, including Maths and English.
  • Good IT skills, with the ability to present data using Microsoft packages or suitable alternatives.

In terms of experience, you will need:

  • Proven experience of working with young people across a wide cross-section of varying levels of needs, enabling them to identify their own goals and progress them.

This role offers a competitive salary, estimated at £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with enhanced family-friendly rights, CPD opportunities, sick pay arrangements, and paid leave on your birthday or the following Monday if it falls at the weekend.
