3D Technical Director

The Civil Engineering team at Manpower Group (UK) is a dynamic and diverse group of professionals who work on a wide range of projects across various sectors, including renewable energy, industrial, commercial, residential, and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day activities of the Civil Engineering team, ensuring efficient workload coordination and budget management.
- Develop and implement business development strategies for the team, driving growth and expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
- Lead the project management of multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain technical expertise in areas such as highway design, drainage design, and AutoCAD drawing management.
- Drive business development and client relationship building, identifying new opportunities and partnerships.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of AutoCAD drawings, overseeing the oversight and quality management process.
- Manage and coordinate the team's workload, ensuring effective project management and delivery.
- Hold a full UK driving license, enabling the ability to travel to project sites as required.
Requirements:
- Strong technical expertise in civil engineering and 3D modeling.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong business development and client relationship building skills.
- Ability to manage and coordinate the team's workload effectively.
