Technical Director

Build A Rocket Boy is seeking an experienced Technical Director to lead our technical efforts and drive innovation in game development. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical direction of our projects, ensuring that our games are of the highest quality and meet the expectations of our players.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect and implement technical solutions for game development projects
  • Lead a team of engineers and developers to ensure timely and successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform technical strategy
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in game development, with a strong background in engineering and leadership
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality games on multiple platforms
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Strong technical skills, with expertise in C++ and other relevant programming languages
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
