About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM/3D Manager to join our MEP division in Glasgow, as part of our successful national MEP team. This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with our North division, contributing to the development of innovative solutions and expert advice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a growing team of technicians, providing education and support to our graduates.
  • Produce high-quality 2D and 3D engineering models and drawings using software such as AutoCAD and Revit, ensuring clash detection and model coordination.
  • Engage with Revit technicians, BIM Managers, and engineers to develop solutions to 3D environment issues and support the growth of the team.
  • Support the BIM technology needs of the Leeds office and national team, educating new starters on the use of Revit.
Requirements
  • Deep knowledge of Autodesk software, including Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
  • Passion for digital engineering, building information modelling, and innovation.
  • Understanding of MEP systems and service routing and coordination.
  • BTEC/HNC in building performance engineering or a relevant engineering discipline, or significant experience in technical drawing production using Revit.
  • We welcome applications from experienced BIM Managers or Seniors looking for a new challenge.
