About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Financial Services Audit team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality audits to our clients, while also contributing to the growth and development of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct audit teams to deliver high-quality audits to clients
  • Develop and implement audit strategies to maximize profitability and efficiency
  • Support Partners in sales and marketing activities, including pitch teams and networking events
  • Contribute to the development of new business relationships and proposals
  • Engage directly on technical and audit judgment decisions
Requirements
  • ACA/ICAS qualified or overseas equivalent
  • Significant experience of auditing within the financial services sector, including asset management, capital markets, and insurance sectors
  • Knowledge of CASS rules and experience of client money and assets audits, reporting to the FCA
  • Excellent working knowledge of UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP, and Financial Reporting requirements
  • Proven experience in managing a wide portfolio of concurrent projects and project teams in a project management framework
