**About the Role**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Assistant in the Forest of Dean, Tewkesbury, and South Gloucestershire areas.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide essential support to clients, enabling them to live independently and comfortably.
- Assist clients with shopping, personal care, and medication management.
- Offer companionship and build trusted relationships with clients.
- Travel to clients within your designated area, ensuring prompt and reliable service.

**Requirements for Success:**
- Prior experience in care is advantageous but not essential, as full training is provided.

- Reliable and organised, with excellent communication skills.
- Able to work a variety of shifts, including every other weekend if possible.
- Able to travel within designated areas.
**Compensation Package:
The estimated annual salary for this position is £26,976 - £32,384, depending on location and experience.
