With a patient population of over 29,000 in semi-rural Gloucestershire, the Forest Green Primary Care Network (PCN) is committed to maximizing outcomes for the PCN DES for its four surgeries and their patients. The network is an innovative and proactive entity with a strong complement of staff including pharmacy technicians, pharmacists, care coordinators, children's and family social prescribers, and mental health workers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsibility for PCN financial performance:
    • Provide financial reports to network practices
Business Planning and Strategy Development
  • Support change and monitor practice PCN DES performance
  • Apply for PCN development funds and resources to support the network achieve its objectives.
Digital Transformation Leadership
  • Provide digital transformation leadership to the PCN.
Effective Working Relationships
  • Work with member practices to consolidate the network, promoting its ethos and values.

The successful candidate will have a salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum depending on experience.

This role requires a strong leader who can effectively work with multiple stakeholders, including clinicians, managers, and other healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex data and develop strategies to improve PCN performance.
