Senior Community Care Specialist

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team of compassionate nurses in the Forest of Dean locality. As a Registered Community nurse, you will have the opportunity to deliver patient-centred care in individualised environments and be responsible for implementing and undertaking care plans tailored to meet the diverse needs of patients.

In addition, we offer autonomy and development opportunities to manage your own workload and take responsibility for a small caseload of patients in partnership with your colleagues.
What We Are Looking ForTo excel in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, the ability to make clinical decisions, and a willingness to develop your potential. A full driving licence and use of a vehicle for work purposes are essential for this role.
You will also need to be able to work over a shift system, including early and late shifts across 7 days, including weekends and bank holidays.
