The Role:
You will be responsible for onboarding new customers and assisting in the progression of a caseload of non-injury, non-litigated claims for the recovery of uninsured losses following a road traffic accident.
Key Responsibilities:
- Representing Direct Line Group in the conduct of client matters in a professional manner.
- Converting client referrals into customers.
- Managing a client's claim as part of a team by utilising prescribed processes and accurately documenting each activity.
- Providing clear and accurate information to clients while proactively managing their expectations.
- Managing cases effectively, ensuring that client work is progressed efficiently to meet team targets and Service Level Agreements.
- Ensuring incoming post is reviewed daily and responded to promptly.
- Referring clients to relevant departments as needed.
- Reporting any potential conflicts, complaints, or acts of negligence to a team leader.
Requirements:
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
- Experience working in a legal or claims handling environment.
- Previous experience of RTA claims and good road awareness.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A consistent record of achieving targets.
