Commercial Claims Handler

Stride Resource Management Ltd is seeking a skilled Commercial Claims Handler to join its Claims Team. As a Commercial Claims Handler, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of commercial claims from first notification to final conclusion. Your primary goal will be to resolve claims efficiently and effectively, collaborating closely with insurers, TPAs, and loss adjusters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a small caseload of commercial claims, assessing liability and preparing claims for settlement.
- Collaborate with insurers, TPAs, and loss adjusters to resolve claims efficiently.
- Maintain clear communication with all relevant parties throughout the claims process.
- Act as the client's representative during claims, ensuring prompt resolution and settlement.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Commercial Claims Handler or in a related field.
- Knowledge of Motor, Property, and Casualty insurance.
- Insurance qualifications, such as CII or ACII, are advantageous.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
