Job Summary:
STRIDE RESOURCE MANAGEMENT LTD is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Claims Handler to join its existing Claims Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a small caseload of commercial claims from initial notification to final conclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of circa 200 files, handling all classes of commercial claims efficiently and effectively.
- Assess liability, prepare claims for settlement, and maintain clear communication with all relevant parties, including insurers, TPAs, and loss adjusters.
- Act as the client's representative during claims, ensuring prompt resolution and settlement through close collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless claims handling.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, participating in continuous learning and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Commercial Claims Handler in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of Motor, Property, and Casualty claims.
- Insurance qualifications and a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and claims resolution.
