Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking experienced and caring Healthcare Assistants to join our team in nursing and care homes across Milton Keynes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring patients' conditions by taking temperatures, pulse, respirations, and weight.
- Moving and handling of patients, assisting around the home.
- Providing personal care, such as washing and personal hygiene.
- Serving meals and helping to feed patients.
- Showing compassion while talking to patients and making them comfortable.
Requirements:
- At least 6 months relevant UK experience in the last 2 years.
