**About the Role:**

We are looking for a Carpenter to assist with maintenance repairs on our property portfolio. The work will consist of reactive repairs, with all day-to-day duties sent via PDA. You will be supplied with a van to travel to and from properties.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assist with maintenance repairs on our property portfolio

* Carry out reactive repairs as required

* Work a 42.5 hour week with the option to work overtime

**Requirements:**

* Full UK driving license

* Social housing experience

* Understanding of abilities required
