About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operational Supervisor to join our team at Kinovo Group plc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multi-trade activities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of operatives, ensuring effective planning and allocation of tasks to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Monitor and control resources, including equipment and personnel, to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols, conducting regular risk assessments and leading toolbox talks to promote safety awareness.
  • Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure work meets high standards, and maintain accurate records of processes and performance metrics.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in overseeing multi-trade activities and health and safety standards.
  • IT competence and a clean, full UK driving license.
  • SSSTS or SMSTS certification preferred.
  • Experience in planned maintenance and reactive emergency works, particularly in the Local Authority/Social Housing sector.
  • Knowledge of retrofit and energy efficiency measures a plus.
