**Cleaning Supervisor**
**Hackney**
**Monday - Friday shift pattern**
**Shift time 7am - 3pm or 11am - 7pm**
My client is looking for 2 cleaning supervisors for their site in Hackney, East London. You will be responsible for the operations of the cleaning team by ensuring all requests from users within the facility are executed in a timely, accurate and professional manner all within the agreed service level requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deep cleaning of the facilities
- Provide leadership, direction, and delegation to staff
- Ensuring all cleaning operatives are working to the best of their ability
- Communicate regularly with colleagues through formal and informal channels on safety matters to ensure that there is a free flow of ideas, and that morale remains high
- Take responsibility for ensuring equipment is maintained and fit for purpose
- All H&S, employee relations, new starters, sickness, right to work, welfare meetings, leavers and training paperwork completed correctly and in a timely manner
- Completion of all welfare checks required
- Attend training or meetings when required
- Ensure all complaints are fully investigated and reported to the facilities management team
- Effectively supervise, train, motivate, discipline and ensure the safety and general welfare of staff in accordance with the companies policies and procedures
- Ensuring KPI's are met

**Requirements**:

- Enhanced DBS
- Full clean UK driving license
- Cleaning experience
- Excellent PC skills with full Microsoft knowledge
- Managerial experience in a team of 15 or more
