IT Support Technician Role Overview
Trusted Technology Partnership Ltd is seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a basic knowledge of IT troubleshooting and problem-solving, as well as experience within a customer service environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Taking calls from customers and resolving their IT issues using remote support tools.
- Providing technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or in-person.
- Resolving incidents using own initiative, knowledge, and problem-solving skills.
- Keeping customers up-to-date throughout the incident life cycle.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of IT troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Experience within a customer service environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- DBS check required.
