About the Role
Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced clinician to join our team as a Neurodevelopmental Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work on the Sussex-wide Neurodevelopment pathway across Sussex Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS).
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will provide high-quality specialist clinical assessments, including relevant psychiatric and physical investigations, to children, young people, and their families in a range of settings. They will work collaboratively with other members of the team to plan and deliver appropriate individually tailored treatment plans.
Requirements
- 12 years post-qualification experience with significant experience in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
- Full Registration with the GMC
- High-level knowledge and experience of the theory and practice related to Neurodevelopment disorders
- Experience of working with children and young people with Neurodevelopment disorders
What We Offer
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a supportive multidisciplinary team, including nurses, psychologists, and mental health practitioners. You will also have access to regular division meetings and clinical governance meetings with consultant peers.
