Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse with NMC registration, Adult Nursing (RGN) or Mental Health Nursing (RMN).
  • Demonstrates post-registration experience and a strong working knowledge of current clinical best practices.
  • Prior experience working in a complex setting with challenging behavior is essential.
  • Enthusiastic, motivated, and committed to delivering the highest standards of patient care.
  • Proficient in developing comprehensive care plans and risk assessments.
