The Role:

As a Technical Services Supervisor, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless operation of our rides and attractions. You will be responsible for managing a team of engineers to maintain the highest standards of safety and quality.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of engineers to ensure the efficient operation of rides and attractions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve ride availability and reduce downtime.

Our Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Proven leadership and management skills with a strong track record of success.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including team members, colleagues, and guests.
