Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Head of Project Management to join our team at Black Unity Bike Ride.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing organisation that is making a real impact in the cycling community. As Head of Project Management, you will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across all projects.

You will manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring adherence to organisational goals. This role requires exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships with community partners, sponsors, and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in operations management, project management, or a similar role, preferably in a third-sector or community-focused organisation. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a passion for advocating for community and social impact.

A competitive salary of £45,000 per annum is on offer for this full-time position. The role is based in London but can be worked remotely. You will be part of a motivated and high-performing team, with opportunities for professional development and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across all projects.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring adherence to organisational goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community partners, sponsors, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate project outcomes, providing regular reports and insights to the leadership team.
